Keep your eyes open for a collegue & competitor by the name of Dave Cooper, in order to raise funds for Winstons Wish, Dave and his brother have decided to embark on a 4 day triathlon, consisting of:

Sunday: Swim (dave swimming, bro paddling) the length of Lake Windermere (10.1miles)

Monday: Cycle from Windermere to Chipping Camden (230miles)

Tuesday: Run from Chipping Camden to Stroud (58miles)

Wednesday: Run from Stroud to Bath (55miles)
