How does it cope with the horrid gloopy grindy sandy pastey mud round there?
Don't ride with all the Brumies around Cannock but my local trails are made of the same sandy stuff.
It seems to work as well as anything else when you're drivetrain is covered in sand...
It stays in place when rainageddon try's to ruin your drivetrain then?
I've used this stuff and found it works great in the wet gloop and gritty quagmires of the UK,s trails for about 5 mins then it's lubricating prowess is lost,
It's handy at Keeping the frame clean but then so is GT85 or that MucOff aerosol,
I rode with it on last week on a 28 mile loop, it was fine till I hit the mud and puddles, the sun came out and the wind helped dry things out fairly quickly, jacket, shorts and chain, a few puddles and a fairly hefty downpour and things quitened down in the drivetrain front. Then it got windy and a little bit sunny and the drivetrain went dry again.
At this point the chain became loud again and I stopped to gulp some juice from my camel back and squirted it on my chain.
It's the first time I've ever done this, so in summary if it's gloopy all winter then I'd use it as it worked ok for me when it was wet and stayed wet, when it's wet dry wet dry as it seems to be at this time of year I'd use something else.
