Went for a quick spin :-)in the snow, much more fun than working.
Hate. You.
couple of hours on the rollers before work. Mucho ice here.
Had a quick blast. It's just started snowing here. Apparently. I can't see any though.
2 hours at lunchtime, rock solid ground conditions (temperature never got above minus 4) with a wee dusting of snow, mucho fun and a spotlessly clean and dry bike too.
Just the usual 20 miles in/20 miles home commute. No snow here but hoping for some on the ride home.
3 minutes round the block to test the mini-dv camera, video uploading now!
(does that class as a ride?!)
6 hour epic over the Brecon beacons yesterday count?
Still very wet and muddy under the snow today.
Yes. Just got back and it's started snowing.
5 miles to work this morning (doesn't count, I know).
Will be at the track tonight (Manchester), riding in shorts and short sleeve jersey. I bet *that* doesn't count, either..! 8)
getting ready for my 15 mile commute home in an hr.. I would say its is rather cold today... need some knee warmers
Yep, just got back.
We set off under a bright blue sky with a temp of -2. The trails were bone dry frozen. It clouded over on the way round, then it started snowing. Light at first, but now snowing quite heavily.
Just having a cup of tea with a dash of whiskey in. ๐

Irish or bourbon?
Commuting. Snow was here briefly. Stopped now though. Should be interesting.

Must have been Irish whiskey then.
just off to get changed & [s]play[/s]go training in the snow
Gary,
Yes, our lovely supermarche had a special offer on Bushmills.
So I treated myself.
Gotta say, it's very nice.

Rode Llandegla last night in the dark, with some mates. 1700ft up in places, Holy cow it was cold beyond belief. Frozen Camelbak pipes, and bike encruted in a layer of ice, how nice, hope my fork seals etc are ok ! luckily I was in the middle ring when the front mech froze completely solid ! So I managed round in that, If I'd have been big ringing it at the time it froze up then things could have got harder work ๐
Thats why a singlespeed is the future.
I was out today in the snow was great fun!!!
No snow but the trails are frozen so no mud, yay! Lots of patch of ice about though.
20 odd minutes each way to the LBS. Just to try out the riding position of my new bike before next week. No snow here.
Lots of snow today and snowing heavily - out for 4 hours plus, camelback froze but kept tube inside jacket, great fun!
Just a quick (or not so quick) run up above Drumnadrochit, Loch Ness.
3" of powder snow in places, clear skies and -6
Haven't been out for 5 weeks, think this has helped get my mojo back !
A 7.30am ride to our self storage place (moving house) to swap over bikes only to find they didn't open until 9.
Rode home and drove there later with bike in car on route to mates house
Grade A blast around the hills in the snow. Had a great time.
