[#1975684]

I'm 6'3 with a 36" inside leg so going by the On-One website I should be buying a 20" frame.

Any tall 456 riders out there who could advise what they ride?

Advice on stem length etc would also be good.

Thanks.

20", with a couple of headset spacers and/or one of those On-One stems with plenty of rise. I am around your size and I went from an 18" 456 to a 20" Blue Pig.

I am 6'1 and have a 20in with a 70 stem.

depends on how you like ride but î think you def need a 20in.

5'10.5" and 18". I ride mostly XC and wouldn't want to go smaller.

If it is a 'do it all' bike get a 20". If it is a 'play' bike (i.e. not for pedalling hours at a time), get an 18", all IMO of course.

6'3" 20" with 70 stem. 18 is too small for me.

Thanks for the responses. Thinking a 20" with a shorter stem might be the way to go to balance the longer top tube than on my present GT frame.

Definitely after an all round bike that can cope with all day rides.

6'2" and 34" inside leg

Run a 20" with 90mm stem but only 200mm of seatpost showing.

But tbh it doesn't really matter as they are so cheap that you'd only lose a few quid if you bought wrong and ebay'd it.

6'2" with 34" inside, had an 18" with a 70mm stem and 410mm post with about 8" ish showing and was fine all day for me, but i would probably say a 20" going off your size

No one told me STW was inhabited by a race of nuclear super-mutantly tall inbred/456 riders 😮

6'3" with 34 inside leg (I think!). Got 2 20" 456s. For some reason the one with the shorter 60mm stem gives me back ache after a long while on the bike. The other has a 100mm stem and seems to ride better for me but isn't as good on gnarlier stuff.

We prefer the the term 'Adult Sized'

(6'6" Inbred rider)
