[#1175423]

a blatant rip off from other threads, but have realized that i have owned the more bikes made by them, than from any other company. i started with a specialized stumpjumper m2 circa 1993 with a direct drive fork and first gen xtr (it was purple/green). i then owned a 2006 stumpy fsr comp (the last year of shock going through the frame). my next bike was when i p/x'ed the frame of fsr for an 08 s works h't. finally i now have a lovely new '10 stumpy fsr comp bike (i love it!!!). i would upload some pics, but unfortunately do not yet have a digital camera. but here is a link to a picture of my model.

thank you 🙂

2002? ish, hell, I can't remember...maybe 01. Stumpy S-Works M5 fresh from the box with new Pace fork, Hope brakes, Paul hubs, Race Face finishing kit. Lovely.

[IMG] [/IMG]

And a (bad) pic of me in 03 building another S-works M5 in the basement workshop.

[IMG] [/IMG]

I've also owned three M2s and loved them all.

Used to have an 04 Enduro S-works back in the UK. Now just a lowly Rockhopper in Oz.

Ive had 3.

Firstly a 2005 Enduro

[img] [/img]

That frame got swapped for a larger sized 2006 Enduro that got powdercoated.

[img] [/img]

That got sold and I replaced it with a 2009 Pitch which is great. Easily the best bike I have owned.

My current Epic, although as of today, it is to be taken apart so I can use the components for a hardtail frame this season. I do love it, but reckon a hardtail frame will by quicker for racing. If only I had the money for both!
