I've been thinking about a DH bike for a while. There are some freeride trails close to my house, and more within an hour's drive, so why not?
Been looking at all sorts, but the Torque DHX Whipzone looks pretty unbeatable for the money. Anything else worth a gander around the £2k mark?

Having had to fix lots of both for my mates I'd say get a YT.

YT wicked is better than a canyon strive by a long shot but then YT don't really make bikes aimed at the rest of the canyon range, they don't have a proper xc bike for instance.

Saying all that I think there is a new Torque on the way from canyon.

Treat yourself go YT
