On the Titus FTM carbon the rear gear cable and brake hose emerge from the internal routing on the top tube and go through the rocker link and round the seat tube.
Nothing secures them so they bulge and rub when the bike compresses.

You can see it here on the pic. Has anyone any ingenious ideas to prevent this and also prevent cable rub?

available to me are cable ties, o rings, electricians tape

I've always just gone for o-rings over the housing/hose and then a bit of tape on the frame where they contact.

Not ingenious, but it works.

put the housing on the outside of the rocker link

then when it bulges out it has nothing to rub on.

I use the fluffy side sticky back velcro.

Surprisingly easy as it happens. 15-20MM piece of silicone tubing and a tie. Look at the blue hose going upto the rocker on this Rune.[img] [/img]

Decathlon do a foam rubber tube that you can snugly slide on to hoses/cables or slice and bond to install. This has worked well for me in similar situations.
