We're going on holiday in wales (yippee 8)) and we're staying between Newtown and Welshpool

Having found out that its about as far from a trail centre and still be in wales - is there some good riding to be had around there?

Thanks in advance for all the advice

We were in Rhyadaer this weekend, cracking riding and some stonkingy descents, well worth checking out.
