I never used to have problems with this kind of thing, but last year knee pads started to kill from rubbing, so I got some of [url= https://www.bodyglide.com ]this stuff[/url]. It works well.

I forgot it for a trip a while back but someone else there had a tub of some kind of waxy, dry balm that worked just as well.

I'll probably buy more Glide, but I'd just like to know what else is out there in terms of non-messy, anti-chafing balms. Anything you'd recommend?

The castelli dry lube stuff is great.. None of that squidgy slimy mintyness about it like so many other brands.

For the specific problem you have then I reckon Glide is a good choice. Chamois cream would work too but go for some thick, sticky stuff. Or just buy some knee warmers to wear underneath them.
