Hi.ive an anthem 27.5 2 with the rebas on.i was going to do the 120 change but been offered some 140 fox forks.would this be too much travel?
to much it will throw the handeling way out and will void all warranty on the frame
the 120 change is sub £50 all well worth it.
Would ruin a good bike IMHO. Pretty easy DIY job to increase Reba's to 120.
Or would you be better off with a Trance...?
My Anthem's a 26 & from what I've read 120mm is thought as the longest you should extend travel.Could you reduce the travel in the 140's?
Thanks .i will give the 120 a go.our rides have got more rocky hence the need for a bit more travel.might have to change bike later on but do like the anthem
worth a go iv yet to find the limits of the handling under fast singletrack i find it makes you line pick a bit better insted of just smashing rock gaurdens
