Stuck away from home, don't want to interrupt training plan too much, although skipping today's session due to travel fatigue. hotel has a gym but exercise bike broken. So I can use the recumbent bike or go for a run. Can't decide which is more beneficial? Need to do an intense session Tuesday and smething easy on weds. Guess recembent fine for easy spinning but not really for hard intervals
