[#1029132]

not.............
but i hope i got your attention...
i am gonna get rid of all my bike bar one.
it is gonna be a 29r full rigid or front sus....
i am gonna ride nothing else for a full 12 month, only replacing worn out bits.
this is gonna be a bit of a experiment for me, and is being brought on by peer pressure............
so if you need any bit, email me and i might just have it.

I say this at the beginning of every year too....... not managed it yet going to try again this year as well 🙂

Good luck with the challenge.

I'm the anti-ton.

1st mtb - a 2nd hand tank of a Scott I must have had for a couple of years or so.

2nd - a Kona Lava Dome bought in '97, which I still have.

3rd - '06 Enduro which I kept for nearly 3 years.

4th - '08 S-Works Enduro self build bought/built this year.

The new one will be kept for at least 3 years, although if I had the spare cash then no doubt I'd change them a tad more often.

price? no rush for it so no postage needed just when we meet.
Surely more of a jumble sale than a classified?

Good luck.
I announced to myself that I would go down to one bike only, my Ventana.
5 weeks & 3 days then passed.
A cheap (£40) Trek frame then became a SS project.
I've resigned to the fact that building bikes is a hobby. 🙂

Oh, & I need cheap, & I mean cheap, cranks & brakes.
Carbon seat-post would be nice but needs to be cheap.
