....so I posted on here a week back about my 18 month old Hope HID that was flickering when riding. It has been well used but not abused so I sent it off to Hope to see what they could do with it. Anyway, I sent it off on Wed am from work, and it arrived back today, with a new bulb, free of charge - could have been around £80 if they wanted.....
How good is that for customer servicce then ?
....and you know, it works, 'cos I'm thinking of an LED next winter and my money now is going to those nice chaps at Hope

I have had similar after sales experiences with Hope. The reasone why all my stuff from now on will be Hope. NO question.
