[#3164281]

If you look in my forum activity you might find that I'm having somewhat of an ordeal with Evans at the moment. Today I finally received my frame (after 6 weeks), and not only have they failed to fit any of the parts back on it, but they've also royally minced the gear cable outers. In my email from the CUSTOMER RELATIONS department they claim to have replaced these as a gesture of good will. They've actually just put a couple of cable inners in the box.

If customer relations are being of no help, who is the best person to get in touch with?

You want to use a multipronged approach. Head office, faxes, letters. Head office demanding to speak to a boss in charge works. Refusing to put phone down etc. Need balls and perseverance. I can't do it myself but I used to be on the receiving end quite a lot!

Thanks CFH. Just realised a bit of googling would have helped me out there but am too livid to think straight just now.

How can something so simple as swapping a faulty frame be such a clusterhump?

Stevious,

I have the contact details of someone who may be able to help. Better that you email me rather than me posting the details on here.

stuart_campbell40@tiscaliDOTcoDOTuk.
