Just for a change we rode Smiths combe today and I remember why we dont very often now. Its an awful drag to get back out. Charlie got stung by a wasp in the ear half way down Smiths ! Usual cream tea at the Combe hotel, lovely . Comments ?

Just got back from a 7 hour 52km monster around Dartmoor. Probably the best day of the summer up there.

must be fantastic up there at the moment. where's the inticing looking trail in the third pic?

do we get a 'late delivery' discount on the summer we all ordered back in march?

Nice - Qs probably the driest and most dusty they have been all year today. Kept passing Saddle Skeddale landies & groups of riders up an down the trail (Triscombe/ Beacon Hill). Am wondering now why we didn't stop for cream tea looking at that pic Knottie. Oh and I got stung by a wasp down Weacombe the other day - pesky little critters... ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

There's a wasp nest in Holford car park, they were pretty peeved at me on friday night but left me alone, perhaps they get panicy getting caught in hair, not a problem for me so long as i keep my top and shorts tight..
