Hello,
I've recently aquired a £1000 voucher through the cycle to works scheme (halfords). I had originally thought I was going to get a boardman pro hardtail bike but i've now dangerously started to look at more expensive options & possibly a trek madone road bike!!
Does anyone know if you can put the voucher towards a more expensive bike and pay the rest in one go? or can you only spend the voucher amount?
Also, I've heard that alpine bikes will accept these c2w vouchers but was wondering if anyone knew of any other shops?

Nope you can spend the voucher and pay the excess from your own pocket - the voucher just makes the C2W legal - you pay back your employer you agreed terms - VAT (+/-) and - income tax - you just wont get it off the extra!

Does anyone know of anywhere other than Alpine bikes or halfords that will take the vouchers?
