[Closed] Another bike stolen, what to replace it with?

As I described [url= http://www.singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/bike-theft-blaenarvon ]here[/url] we had a bit of a disaster last weekend when a scrote had away a borrowed bike leaving a team mate without a bike to use for the Microsoft Challenge and the task of replacing it (not looking good on insurance..)

The bike spec, if anyone happens across it is

Frame: Blue GT Zaskar Team
Front Suspension Forks: Red Manitou Carbon SX
Brakes: Shimano V-Brakes
Chainset: Shimano LX
Rear Derailleur: Shimano LX - 9 speed
Gear/Brake Levers: Shimano LX STI - 9 speed
Wheels: Mavic rims - rear rim was red, front rim silver.
Handlebars: Black Azonics (not gold as pictured)
Seatpost: Black Easton

Anyway, she's still hoping that they will pay up and replace her boyfriends brothers bike but she needs to quickly get herself a new one.

Any suggestions in the 350-450 range?
