On the "older" forum someone posted details of an anodizing place that did stuff cheap.

Anyone know where it was ?

is it possible to get a whole frame anodised from a previosuly painted finish?

Hmm thats the issue its all min order etc etc - cheapest ive found is £10 min charge so far.

When I contacted Mansfield Anodisers about getting some cranks done they were very pessimistic about dealing with unknown materials.

You can get a kit to do it yourself. Can't remember the link, but it's one of the car restoration parts suppliers. Next time you're in a newsagency check the old car magazines, you'll find the adverts there
