Just wondering with a lot of people tweaking geometry with angle adjust headsets but not getting it right first time, or wanting to experiment with other adjustments, whether there is enough interest to setup a 'swap shop' style thread.
For example - I have a 2 degree works angleset for EC44 headtube (120mm headtube) that I want to swap for a 1 degree one - Any takes for a swap?
Any others looking to swap theirs for something different?
I guess no interest in this then...
Nice idea but probably quicker to flog yours and buy someone else's (or new).
FWIW, the headtube length can pretty much be ignored according to one of the main manufacturers. Plenty of tolerance to use them in "wrong" length.
Yeah got mine for sale, but thought folk might be more interested in swapping rather than having to buy and sell separately. It does need two people with matched requirements granted.
I've also heard the same thing about head tube length, with the caveat that if you put an angleset designed for a longer headtube in a shorter one you get slightly more change in angle and vice versa.

Annoyingly I think there are probably too many variables (angle, upper cup, lower cup, headtube length) for this to work!
I've somehow managed to buy the same angleset twice for one of my bikes...
