[Closed] Andy Gates Maps on Etrex 30? What doing wrong?

Hopefully an easy fix?

Have copied the image file to the SD card in a folder called 'garmin' and set the SD mode in the GPS to 'Garmin' not 'Mass storage'. However, I can only select the default, or demo map. What am I doing wrong?

Edit: P.s. Tried to get the Talky Toaster maps but then keep erroring. Anyone got them on another mirror?
