We wouldn't throw the solo bikes away (yet!) ..... but this is a lot of challenging fun!
It's a home built full suspension: 5.5" travel at rear using Giant Anthem Swingarm; Fox 40 downhill forks; 24" Sun Doubletrack rims with 36 spokes on Revolver Hubs; 24" 2.5 Maxxis High Rollers; Hope M4's with 225 rotors for stopping; timing chain running on xtr m960 outside rings (right side); 22t granny & mid drive ring up from 32t to 36t; xtr m960 front and rear shifting.
