Can you sync an iPod from 2 computers?
Main computer is dead so loaded iTunes on laptop ,authorised it, but it no syncy.
You can only sync form one at a time, it you set up to sync from a new mac you will lose all the music synced from the first one.
How do I a unauthorise a computer that doesn't work?
Is your music collection backed up?
Or do you want to get the music off the ipod into itunes?
Thankfully music backed up. Just want to get tunes on my iPod. Last night I lifted the iTunes music logo and placed it on top of my iPod logo. It said transferring 4600 songs to iPod. Went down this morning,iPod empty.
Just click on the ipod logo, check the sync settings, then sync. Should then see the music transferring.
You should be able to go into your account settings in itunes and de-authorise the other computer, can't remember exactly how.
