[#10919381]

I have an immaculate Trek 6700 frame - size 18" in the cellar. Is it worth anything? Includes a headset, original bars/steam/seatpost/Selle Master saddle/wheel set/shimano Vbrakes/Wheels and tyres/rear mech and shifter/cassette and chain.

Missing cranks/front mech/forks

Any idea on a value?
Ideally i'd like to sell whole lot but would split

Doesn't sound like it has much value.

Put some cranks on it and use it to visit the pub.

Not much, is this this the 26" one? Given it's in bits, maybe £100.

A late 90's early 00's HT?
Or a newer version?
I had the 7300 from around 98. Decent bike then, but I think it'd be worth £50 now.

Yeah it's a weird one - just looks to nice to be hanging around doing nothing in the cellar 🙁 It is a disk ready frame so could be used for something by someone smaller than me!!

£50 sounds about right - especially missing forks / cranks.

Thinking more about this, I reckon you would struggle to give it away.
I've scrapped 2 early 2000's frames recently, they were advertised as free, a couple of people said they would have them if I posted them, I really cba posting them, so the srapman had them.

Split and ebay. Got £45 for a 16 inch On One frame. Bit of hassle but pays for fuel and coffes for weekend away. At least that's how I view things.
