I’ve an idea but thought I’d put it out to the masses before going any further
As more of a lurker than a poster on here, I see a lot of people like to record their rides on Strava, it got me thinking and after a quick search, I found no results for a “singletrackworld members club”
I’m not sure if this would be something that members on here would like to join up to or even if it would be allowed (any advice from the powers that be at singletrackworld towers greatly appreciated)
Thinking it might be a way to maybe keep motivated to get out more often than I / we might do, might be good for connecting people in local areas, finding new routes, see how many miles we can tot up, maybe even a bit of friendly competition between members of this oh so wonderful forum
I can think of a list of many good reasons that this MIGHT be a good idea but…
Would anyone else be interested? would it be allowed?
I’d be happy to start the group and share the link to join if there was enough interest
What do people think?! Would I be allowed to start up a group in the name of singletrackworld.com?
Thoughts and comments most welcome
Thanks in advance

TBH it's pretty polluted by so many indoor riders these days.
It exists already...

i liked 100 days exercise b4 christmas - individual motivation and nothing else....
Seems my google-fu isn’t on par today, not sure how I missed that
Cheers guys, will have a look
SPLITTERS!!!!!
Thanks for raising, I looked for it ages ago and didn't find it.
Does seem to have been well hidden
Didn't realise I was already in this group, but I just had a flick through and it's nothing but commutes and Zwift on the recent activity, and the first 5 people with a location local ish to me are private.
I enjoyed a couple for interraction during lockdown, but I can't see any value to Strava groups these days.
I've been polluting it with running as well, sorry guys.
I'd completely forgotten about this too. Groups don't really add much (for me) on Strava and it's not something I check regularly. The stats shown are only those for activities made public/to followers so depending on whether people like showing off commutes or Zwift rides, it may not even be reflective of what people are up to.
