I think that the seaside bit is filmed in Porthcawl (Rest Bay), just down the road from Afan.
Could you imagine how many people he pisses off if he does that stuff regularly?
Group of mtb/trials/bmx riders, gathering around, saying "nah I can't ride that, my bikes not good enough/its impossible/I've got the wrong tyres on" then he comes along and does it on a road bike.
Did look like he was dropping his saddle for all the interesting bits though. He should get a gravity dropper on his road bike. That would really be a conversation starter..
