[Closed] Amazing Hope Customer Service.

Snapped my QR seatpost clamp last week. Posted it off to Hope on Wednesday and it arrived first thing this morning. Snapped bit replaced free of charge, and no charge for delivery.

This despite the fact that I've had it over a year, had no receipt and couldn't remember where I'd bought it.

Hats off to the gents at Hope!

Nice article about them in this months Privateer - genuine people who care about what they are doing.

The amount of "Great Hope Customer Service" threads there are on here worries me. If their kit was so good it wouldnt keep breaking.

Well, it took a bit of a beating over the year - I used it A LOT. Like at the bottom of every climb and the top of every descent. And I fear I may have over-tightened it on more than one occasion ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Well, at least my seatpost will never have the time to fuse into the frame (again).
