So, I'd like some bib-tights that are:

a) windproof
b) without a pad
c) in size large
d) less than £70

I seem to be struggling. Any help?

You fail on d) (but I'll let you off) but, more importantly, c)

🙁

Lusso Max Repel bibs: no pad, not marketed as "windproof" but water repellent and toasty, about £50 (CRC or Merlin Cycles)

To be fair, I had spotted the Lusso Max Repel

I've also just seen these:

Say's 'double seat'. Does that mean two layers of fabric, or a pad?

Sorry , was in a hurry earlier 🙂
Double seat sounds like a pad

We have a winner 🙂

Although c) became XL according to the sizing chart. Pesky tiny Italians 🙂

Balls, didn't notice the extra 10% off code until I'd placed the order 🙁

Contact them, you might still get your 10%
True about the Italian sizing, I usually buy XL but when it is an Italian brand I go XXXL ( Giordana)

Lusso double seat is just two layers of fabric, no padding as such
