Wife Ordered me 2 locks for crimbo. One came as ordered, other was not the one she ordered, but very similar. She emailed CRC who not only promptly posted a new (correct) lock out which came the next day, they also said keep the incorrect lock which they sent out in the first place. Very happy with this.
All companies make mistakes, its the way that CRC dealt with this that has impressed me.

Ordered my edge 800 the Sunday before Christmas got it through Tuesday morning on standard delivery, thought that was excellent. But I do like the Harribo Superstar send you too 😀
Are they still doing the oversized boxes thing?
Returned home today to find a "parcel too big" card from Royal Mail, only thing I'm waiting for is replacement bolts for reservoir caps on my Hope levers.
I got a bottle of Stans sealant that I ordered Wednesday, today. Normal service resumed, nothing spectacular about that. But the bit I was really pleased about, is that is came direct to my door in a padded envelope and NOT in a box 10 x the size of the product. At last....
My christmas presents turned up today having been ordered on the 15th. With the oversized packaging i thought it may have been a new frame. Alas, one was a bucket/bike cleaning kit and fluids and the bucket was smashed. Hardly the end of the earth but the broken plastic bits were not in the packaging which means someone had packed it broken 🙄
A £10 token was included in the other present (seperate box of course)and going on past CRC experience another cleaning kit will be winging its way to me without the need to send the other back, once i complain. Oh, and contary to their website, they are not open now to the New Year.
