I had forgotten and not really bothered to do the maths on the feet to m conversion for this trip to the states. Living at sea level is not really good prep for setting off up to 3000m... Certainly felt and earned that one.

The 10km descent did ease the pain though, lets not mention the chairlift to 2500m too 😉
