The OH finally admitted that he felt his XL Bird AM9 was too big and sold it on and preordered a size large of the same frame. Despite reserving and now paying for the frame he's received little to no coms about when it's coming despite the frame now showing as in stock so we're looking for alternatives around a similar budget. We'd like to get the replacement FS built up before the glorious weather disappears, any suggestions to an alternative that will be in stock?
Give them a call on Monday. It's been half term this week. They are usually excellent at coms so I'm sure it's all in hand.
Aye, they're usually on it with comms etc, as above - I'd give them a buzz Monday before worrying too much.
Have you checked your spam filter? I’ve had nightmares with customers thinking they’ve had no communication but all our emails have been getting hidden! Only ever had v good service from Bird.
Hi GolfChick, thanks for your order. The frames arrived yesterday. Im working through all the orders now and emailing everyone to let them know it arrived ok. You may already have your notification.
Frame onlys will be all shipped by Wednesday, bikes will be shipped in 3-10 days depending on the position in the queue. Thanks again! Ben
