Thought it might be worthwhile proferring a public thanks to Lewis at Alpine Bikes at Nevis Range for going above and beyond last week in providing advice/service and bits to fix my son's shoogly Saracen.
Hopefully the powers that be at Alpine will give him a pay rise/promotion/gold star/any of the above for the provision of top notch customer service.
