Anyone have any experience with buying from them. Their forks seem to be a good price but is there a catch?

I bought my Gyro frame from them last year (saved approx £500 on rrp) Arrived in 3 days and had no problems with Orange when I registered the warranty.

In fact I ordered a set of bargainous Revelation 29ers off them two days ago to go on it and they should be here by Tuesday.

Bought a Revelation fork from them last year. Great price and arrived in a few days.
They came in a plain cardboard box so probably OEM but that doesn't bother me.

Yep, my Pikes came from them just after Christmas, no issues what so ever. As above though, OEM if that bothers you.

Any difference between OEM and what you normally get?

Im after a set of 140mm forks, there is a set of RS revs on there, 2014 model but loads cheaper than other places.

Just looked at fork prices makes 2nd hand look dear, at that price i'm temped to go new rather than 2nd hand.

Just had some 29er revs 140mm 2015 ,said on the site they were not tapered but they were , which was mighty dandy for me. OEM
Much cheaper than 2nd hand.

I bought my Thomson dropper from them, fast delivery considering. I was sceptical but as they were the only ones with stock of the 27.2mm I thought I'd give it a go, loads cheaper & full retail packaging if that makes any difference.

Cheers.

Warranty will rely on the manufacturers world wide warranty.

This shouldn't present an issue.

I've bought stuff from alltricks and they're excellent.

I bought a pair of RS rebas from them, they were defective out of the box (blown air seals) but as I had cut the steerer they couldn't do a straight swap (or so they told me) so I had to wait about a month while they sent them back to SRAM, SRAM looked at them, fixed them & sent them back.

Under EU law, yes. Shop technically offers the warranty and you can send back to them, but the manufacturer's warranty also applies and legally has to be honoured for items purchased within the EU, so Fishers for example have to (and always have) cover Pikes etc bought from the likes of Alltricks.

On top you have an EU 2 year warranty right. You might lose the better UK right though which gives you a statutory 6 years "fit for purpose" right for UK purchases.

Anyway, no catch with the forks. They may be cheaper models, and in the case of Pikes for example yes they may be the OEM RC models (they state the model, so if it says RC on the listing it's RC, not RCT3), but they are the full spec for the RC and mine came with the manual and parts including the spare tokens.

Their stuff isn't always OEM either. I got a Reverb from them and it was a full retail boxed one, manual, spares, bleed kit and official box.

p.s. quicker delivery than CRC 😉 and I got nice updates sent to me about when it will arrive.

Bonjour Jeremy.

Another to add to the list here. Rct3 pikes. Pleased enough, although I've just had to send them to SRAM for knocking, but that's hardly alltricks fault.

I received my Revs last week, 4 working days for free delivery is pretty good in my eyes.

Cost slightly more than secondhand ones, which is pretty damn good. Think I'll pop in the shed and fit them...

+1 for Alltricks - Bonjour Jeremy!

My Pike RCT3s arrived a couple of weeks ago, complete with a shock pump, a full service kit and spare tokens.

All for around half the RRP of a set of Fox 36s.

Thanks guys!

Another mostly satisfied customer here, my Pike RC's were delivered quickly although they didn't come with any bottomless tokens unfortunately. Other than that great service.

Thanks Jeremy. At the time I didn't really pay much attention to the fact they weren't included, in fact I didn't even know if they should be anyway. By the time I found out everyone else got some it was a bit late! As it happens I needed two to get them set up properly. Luckily my mate who also bought some RC's from Alltricks gave me his as he is the weight of a racing whippet and didn't need them 🙂

Ok perfect! These bottomless tokens are quite useful to run less PSI and avoid bottom out 😀

Hello. Sorry to resurrect this thread but has anyone here had experience of sending forks back to Alltricks? Who did you use and how much did it cost? Postage price with insurance seems almost as much as getting them fixed at TF/Loco etc!
