Anyone here got a Aiston wheel support rack and running wide tyres (2.35 or greater) want to make sure my bikes will fit before I buy one.

They take my 2.5 maxxis dh tyres fine too and also 2.4 schwalbe dh tyres which are mahoosive.
You'll need to call in advance/order etc if you don't already know, they aren't that big!
