Anyone using airbike 11speed cassettes?. I’ve a few bike projects on the go at the moment so can’t afford to be throwing big cash at everything, I’m upgrading my gravel bike from 10spd to 11spd and whilst searching came across airbike products.I’ve seen a couple of relatively good reviews but was wondering what you guys thought of them .the cassette I’ve found is a 11-40t on there eBay shop discounted to £30

Yeah i have one on the hardtail.

Can't fault it at all.

I think mine is a 46t or something, but can't remember completely. I wouldn't get out of bed for 40t 😉

What’s the real life weight of them?

My only moan is that mine chewed up the freehub splines more than the SRAM it replaced. Mind you it was a Hunt freehub so not that durable.

Mine seems good after a few months of almost daily use.  The smaller sprockets haven't become loose like the Deore ones did. Not sure they have 11 speed in stock atm though?

Mines good. Would happily buy again.

Edit: I've got one on the shelf in the garage, will check which it is and weigh it tomorrow....deffo 11 speed just can't remember what range it is...

Worth the extra £10 for Deore?

My 11-36 has been fine. It replaces an 11-34 SRAM something or other and just works.

I put one on my Tempest and it’s been fine. Unnoticeable. Possibly heavier than the SRAM it replaced but for the price I can live with that.

Still using the Tifosi £13.99 ones off CRC on my commuter (2 set of wheels). They  have slipped very occasionally in high gears really cranking hard, but I can live with that. (CRC only have weird ratios left, but cheap cassettes are the way to go I reckon 🙂 )
