Check it out, is some ways it's impressive but... As far as I can tell it won't save your head from direct unexpected impact for example, a truck/bus wing mirror whacking the back of your head as it overtakes.
Also who who wants to wear essentially a warm scarf in summer, I'd rather a lid with vents any day.

True but is that not what mirrors are for? Seeing close overtakes coming and taking avoiding action.
Good point about the scarf though. Wearing something that size round the neck looks even more uncomfortable than a helmet. What advantage has it got over a helmet other than not looking like a helmet?

Don't see why you'd wear that over a £20 helmet.
I think personally that there are loads of people who would wear this rather than a helmet - look round the Netherlands and places like London and lots of people in their "day clothes".
Not for me but I can see this being a big seller - depending on price !
