Had an email from a mate tonight. He was riding to the Manchester velodrome yesterday for a taster session, clipped the wing mirror of a parked car, came off and broke his wrist. In plaster and can't drive for four weeks.

My immediate reaction was to laugh - he has form for this kind of thing - but I'm now feeling a bit guilty.

What can I send him to cheer him up?

Oh, Martinhutch! When we were kids - when Rubik's Cubes were first out - he could solve them in about 20 seconds. That would be genius!
