Recently bought a folder. Keep getting puncture. Tried 100psi, but the tyre came off.

Any recommendations for a decent tyre?

Vital question - 305 or 349? There's two sizes called 16", and they're 2" different in size ๐Ÿ˜‰

If it's 349, you can get lots of decent high pressure tyres from Schwalbe - Marathons, Kojaks etc. If it's 305, a bit trickier - can still get Marathons and Big Apples.

Ah right. Didn't realise that.

I'll check. It's a mezzo d10 if that helps?

I think the Mezzo is a 349 size, but best to double-check. It'll say on the tyre sidewall.

Mezzo is 349. Speedy = Brompton Kevlar tyres. Hardy = Schwalbe Marathon. Avoided = Raleigh.

Marathon Plus tyres onto a 16" rim are a fun fitting job - I've bent steel tyre levers doing that ๐Ÿ˜‰
