Just got back from a weekend in Afan, still love that place W2 was great fun despite my rather painful shunt causing me to now limp and moan alot! I was however surprised how little grip there is in the dry? So maybe those tyre threads are valid!
was part of the trail still shut? I was there a couple of weeks back and part of The Wall was shut due to a risk of land slides. Ended up doing Whytes on the Friday and the Wall on Saturday. Always great fun.
Where were the less grippy bits for you out of interest, and what tyres were you on? 😉
