Thinking of a trip to Afan forest Park with the Mtb....is it a good place to go??

Spent many a happy summer dossing around down there but I there was a lot of stuff shut due to forestry work. Not too sure whats open at the moment though.

Great place to visit, if want the ease of a trail centre, with waymarked trails. Though "is it a good place to go" depends on how far you have to travel, and what alternatives your driving by to get there.
