Defo worth stopping for a spin round Whites. That one goes from Glyncorrwg. If you have more time do W2 which can start at either centre. That puts The Wall and Whites together for an awesome ride.

Defo give it a go, was up there last wednesday, it was quite wet in places but still really good fun, as the above have said, go for Whites Level

Yes it's worth stopping. I guess the question would be where else are you passing and might that be better ?

basically i will be on the road from bristol to fishguard . afan looks like the best and closest
