They're always fine, even in the middle of winter.

Trails are fine.You WILL get muddy though... and wet if you do Sidewinder on Penhydd.We have heavy rain forecast the next 2 days 🙁
Was fantasic there sat, as mentioned you'll get splashes of mud, worse to come with the rain. The trails though are weather proof & some trail maintenance has been done, so really it's fine come what may.
Did Penhydd on Sunday for the last time before the felling starts next month. A few puddles where there's no drainage, but generally fine. The wettest I got was the stream crossing, but I missed out the Brashy Track section as I was short of time.

believe it's open this weekend - does it close around the 7-11th I believe. I hope so as I'm up there this weekend and never done penhydd, and would love to before it shuts.
Closes Monday 12th I believe, you've got two more weekends.

Thats ok then, i've done it once before and it was brilliant, really flowing and fast. I'll probably be up there on the Saturday so fingers crossed for good weather!!
