Decided to ask Santa for some knee pads in ordered to protect my aging knees when out but struggling with sizing. Tried some medium 661 Rage but they were too big, just tried on some smalls and not sure. No experience of knee pads so is there any advice from those that have?

I use 661 evos and bought medium felt too tight at first , after a few rides and a wash now much slacker and I'm considering having an inch taken out of the straps to make them tighter !!! Sounds to me a small is what you want mate !!!
I have 661 rage knee pads, i have medium everything normally and so went with the medium in the rage, I felt these were too big initially as i had the straps pulled right the way round to hold, but i wanted to use them the next day so kept em instead of changing them.
Not even thought about them feeling too big anymore until i read this as they are comfy and hold in place well.
If they really feel too big and the smalls fit then go with the small afterall u can always cut the label out so your mates dont see your a small 😀
they are good pads and id buy again if i needed to.
Probably stick with the small then, unfortunately, as my workmates are quick to point out, I am quite small!
