Hello,
Just bought a scott octane 200 20" wheel kids bike off ebay (5 year old ish), the forks seemed to be seized ridgid, any adice on how to adjust or free them off.
There does not seem to have any adjustment on the them, there is a plastic cap at the top of each fork, when the cap is removed - there is nothing underneath?
