I have a frame with a 1.5 diameter head tube and a 1 1/8 fork. Currently fitted with caged bearings which need replacing. Before I do this is there an alternative cartridge type bearing headset suitable?
Ps on a budget so cannot afford hope pick and mix!

You need to be more specific about the frame as a 1.5 headtube can be anything from 44 to 56 mm diameter. We need the exact size of headtube or model and year of frame to help.
