Hi
Anyone got any hints for seized nipples - suggested penetrant/regimes to get them loosened off?
It's a pair of mavic crossmax which I believe are notorious for them getting stuck
Any advice gratefully taken!

Just checking, you know they are not righty tighty?
You need to turn them the opposite way to what you would expect to get them undone.
Mine are stick too. One of them snapped the nipple off when I tried to true it.it's true ish now, but to get it out I will have to cut the spoke out and drill the wheel.
I'd suggest wd40 patience and making sure the spoke key is on properly
Cut the spokes off then knock the end of the cut off spoke down the nipple a bit. This helps to get a drill centred in what's left of the nipple. Drill the nipple out a bit then tap a torx bit into the drilled out nipple. You should then be able to screw out what's left.
As posted above the nipples are left hand thread. Turn them clockwise to remove.
