Can Stans fluid (or any others) be injected into a tyre through a standard UST wheel presta valve?

Inflate tyre to seat bead, deflate, remove valve core, insert juice, refit valve core, reinflate to ride pressure & .....ride!

Maybe a silly question but do all standard presta valves have a removable valve core?

All UST valves that I've used do have a removeable core (put a small adjustable spanner on the flats on the thread) but non UST might not.
