might be of interest to dot watchers and those with long distance ambitions/interest albeit an effort with a support team
Rupert Guiness's Overlander book is a good read (no relation) which deals with Mike Hall's death

That is not enough sleep. Sounds like that would kill him. Is he chasing a time? I don't understand.
