How do I tighten this? It has a small screw at the bottom and that looks about it. I've got the tool that fits in the screw.
It's an Ai-70 fiber. It's on a Canyon bike.

Just make sure the stem is on tight. Use the torx tool and turn the screw clockwise. The headset seperates a nbit and takes up the slack.
The supplied tool will break soon just get the right size torx screwdriver from Halfords or domewhere.

I took it to the shop for a service a while back Ian said he didn't have the tool to tighten it. I left it for a while but I could hear it rubbing so couldn't ignore it any longer!
Between what you told me and the online manual I am pretty sure I've tightened it.
