I read a thread a while back on the 'old' STW about what seems a fairly common problem - with my F120's set to the correct sag (or more), I can't get the last 15-20mm of travel. There seemed to be some sort of modification, but I don't want to go down that route, so any other suggestions? Other than that, they're very nice forks.

I had the same problem with F100s. Never got the last 15mm of travel with 1/3 sag.
I think it might be caused by you having too much oil in there as standard, but that could easily be rubbish.
