Might be worth trying the Moortown lodge Ringwood. That's quite close.

Erm, that's the first I've heard of it... ๐Ÿ˜•

We'll make enquiries Ton. I'm sure they can't all be booked up already!

S'possible they're only available to BBB goers, as previously, there have bin other groups using the place that weekend, which is a bit daft really I think if you've got a big event on.

Sent an email to WCA and the bloke in charge of running the BBB. Probbly won't hear from him until tomoz, and not sure if WCA will know about accommodation as he's not involved in that side of things.

I will check tommorrow guys.

I would be surprised if the chalets are all booked. I suspect that the lady meant that they were reserved for the BBB people for that weekend. If you want to stay there for the week before or after, explain that you are going to the BBB and it should be fine.

No Dogs is an Avon Tyrrell policy, not a BBB one but either way it is No Dogs

Hi All,

Just got confirmation from the Powers That Be (Louis). The Chalets are available on a first come, first served basis. some have already been booked but there should be some left so HURRY, HURRY, HURRY

If you do miss the chalets, the camping is included in the ticket price.

Ton - I will give them a ring and find out what is going on. I think they only have a couple of 6 berth cabins so it might be that they are booked for the following week.

[s]Give us 15 minutes[/s]

Give us a while, all lines busy at the moment

WCA can you sort out the camping this year?

Year 1 - nice grassy field, loads of space = fab
Year 2 - on main Avon camp site - booked from Friday but had big argument with staff about us arriving Friday night and where we were going to pitch
Year 3 - ??

Does our ticket include Friday night camping - if not who do we book through? 3 families including 7 kids so need to get it sorted. ta.

Clink - It will be on site same as last year. I am trying to get the woman on reception to be helpful. Not sure why she creates so many problems. They have a new CEO who is all in favour of the BBB so hopefully it will be better this year.

Friday is included.

I hope there's some of them wooden sheds left, otherwise the wife won't go, which would be a terrible shame as it will mean no wife, no kids, a tent and more than a few beers, without being told I've had enough.

Right. I have finally got through and sorted it all out.

All of the chalets have gone!

PeteImpreza got the last one this morning. That means that if you want a bed in a chalet you had better start talking nicely to those who have got one or wear aftershave and hope you get lucky.

Camping is still included free with the tickets and is available from Friday. You may have to wait a short while if you arrive early on the Friday as the people leaving may not have packed up but you can definitely camp on the Friday.

Any questions, just email me and I will try to sort them out.
